Monmouth ACTS Financial Recovery Initiative

In response to COVID-19’s devastating effects on residents, the Monmouth County Board of Freeholders recently launched the Monmouth ACTS Financial Recovery Initiative (FRI).

The Initiative educates and communicates financial programs and services available to residents facing financial strain due to the pandemic. FRI’s intention is to serve both the newly unemployed who have never needed government assistance and the historically more vulnerable residents who have been disproportionately impacted by COVID-19.

Proper Mask Wearing and Storage
